The Socially Responsible Sweatshop of Kent opens boutique shop

The Socially Responsible Sweatshop, whose sales of sustainably produced textile products fund food programs in Portage County, is opening its first indoor shop on April 2 at the Christ Episcopal Church at 118 S. Mantua St. in Kent.

The shop will be open 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays and during the following regular workshop hours during April and the beginning of May when the weather improves:
