Portage County obituaries for May 6-9

Nadyne Litsinger, age 76. This April 26th after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s, Nadyne Litsinger passed away peacefully into God’s graces, surrounded by her loved ones. The sun rose and the world welcomed Nadyne on August 15th, 1947, a day the world became a little brighter. Nadyne lived a full and warm life, filled with joy. From the age of 13 Nadyne shared a deep and loving partnership with her late husband, Terry Litsinger until his passing in 2008. Nadyne lived with music in her heart and a dance in her step. She had a smile and eyes that would light up the entire room. Nadyne was preceded in death by her mother, father and her sisters, Shirley and Cricket. She is survived by her, son, Terry Jr(Cris); daughter, Tammy Lynn; brother, Mike and sister, Donna. She was also blessed with a granddaughter, Katrina and two great grandchildren, Brantley and Aria.

A celebration of life party for Nadyne will be held at a later date.
