New public art installation could be coming to North Water

Kent City Council is considering Main Street Kent’s request to place a public art display at the north end of North Water Street, just south of the bridge.

Kent would be spelled out in multi-colored upper case letters, and would serve as a gateway element into the downtown from the north, City Engineer Jim Bowling told council’s community development committee last week.
