The Rootstown Lions Club will hold the township’s annual Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 29.
The parade will kick off at 10 a.m. at the intersection of Loretta Avenue and Tallmadge Road and will conclude at Homeland Cemetery, located on the north side of Tallmadge Road at its intersection with Kenneth Drive, where there will be a ceremony and possibly a military flyover. State Rep. Gail Pavliga will speak at the ceremony.
