‘Hands Off’ protesters join nationwide mobilization in downtown Kent and Ravenna

More than 1,000 people rallied on the Portage County Courthouse lawn in downtown Ravenna and near the gazebo in downtown Kent as part of the “Hands Off!” national day of action around the country on Saturday.

Three hundred people held signs and cheered when cars honked as they drove by in Ravenna between 1:30-2:30 p.m. The crowd nearly tripled in size from 3-4 p.m. in Kent.
