The meeting was called to order at 7 p.m. It opened with a prayer, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance and the roll call with all council members present.
Before the regular council meeting, the Finance Committee met to review the city’s midyear financial position. Matt Miller, the city finance director, presented the review.
