Windham Township was successful in getting a grant obtained by the Portage County Land Bank to have the structure at 9092 state Route 303 razed and the property cleaned up.
“The structure and the property are deplorable,” township Vice Chair Rich Gano said. “The property is currently in tax foreclosure, so the auditor will keep it until the debt is paid.”
