Charlestown’s Trunk or Treat was a huge success and the weather was perfect. There was a record number of residents who decorated their trunks and handed out candy.
The number of original ideas made picking the prize winner difficult. Ultimately, Kerri and Mike Fotheringham, their daughter Zoey and pup Momo won the honor with a Ghostbuster theme.
