Around Edinburg: VBS starting up, soccer kicking off and celebrating local 4-H stars

Edinburg United Church will hold its Vacation Bible School from 6 to 8 p.m. each night from July 7-11. This year’s theme is “True North: Trusting Jesus in a Wild World” and is open to kids entering kindergarten through eighth grade. Activities will include games, crafts and stories that point kids to Jesus. Edinburg United Church is located at 4081 Rock Spring Rd.
